Our online servers are run by www.forpsi.com. Your digital data will mostly be saved in those servers. www.forpsi.com is a web-hosting provider and they are responsible for their servers’ safety and security. Besides that, your digital data may be saved in our computers. We practice utmost measures in order to keep those computers safe from attackers and data theft.
What we DO NOT DO with your data
We use your data only the way intended by you and the way our business nature with you allows us to (explained in the next section). We DO NOT share, sell, exchange or give your information to any irrelevant third party. No advertisers will
have access to your data through us. We do not distribute your information to any other party for the purpose of political, educational, research or marketing purposes.

How long we save your data
For the purpose of easing the way we do business with you, we save your data as long as your case or business is open with us, e.g. your medical data will be saved with us as long as we carry on your medical case management.
As any other entity, we save records for official and administrative purposes, however, once your business is concluded with us, you have the right to ask us to return (in case of hard copies) or delete your data (in case of digital copies).
